Tidal miles passage
For all those wanting to experience the open ocean or needing to collect tidal miles!
A fabulous trip onboard a brand new Lagoon 42 catamaran, from La Rochelle (France) to Olbia (Italy). It is possible also to join only one leg, from La Rochelle to Gibraltar, or from Gibraltar to Olbia.

Tidal miles passage – Program
You will meet at the marina of La Rochelle, review the weather forecast with the skipper, and proceed with the last checks of the vessel. You will then finalise the passage plan in more detail and agree the watch system, standing orders etc.
The whole passage is approx 1,850 Nm long, of which 1,000 Nm are in tidal waters. The passage is expected to take approx 14-16 days, with a couple of stops to refuel and buy fresh food. The actual date and time of departure will clearly depend on the weather, and you will most likely stop along the way at La Coruna (E), Lagos (P), Gibraltar, and Palma de Maiorca (E).
If you have time constraints, it is also possible to join only part of the passage, either the first half (La Rochelle to Gibraltar) or the second (Gibraltar to Olbia)
Please be aware that the plan may vary considerably due to wind and weather conditions, so you may need to be flexible with your planning and days off arrangements.
